Dr. Carlos E. Ramirez

 

Dr. Carlos E. Ramirez is board certified in Internal Medicine and Rheumatology, He has proudly served the Houston community and outlying areas for numerous years.

​

A graduate of Universidad Catolica Santiago de Guayaquil in Ecuador, Dr. Ramirez received recognition because he was the medical school graduate with the highest GPA of his class.  He successfully completed his Internal Medicine residence at Lincoln Medical and Mental Health Center in New York and fellowship in Rheumatology at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio, Texas.

Dr. Ramirez has a vast experience in rheumatology but also in Internal Medicine. He practiced Internal Medicine in a very busy inpatient/ outpatient service in Arizona before going into the realm of rheumatology.

Dr. Ramirez is dedicated to treat patients that have all kind of rheumatic diseases and autoimmune disorders.
